Waynesville-Illes "Al" Toth, age 69, died October 4, 2004, at Guyla Hospital, in Mezoberney, Hungary. A native of Kamoro, Hungary, he was the son of the late Jonas and Margaret Toth. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister. He was a hard-working builder, having built homes and condos in Clearwater, Florida and Haywood County. He was an active member of Haywood Regional Fitness Center and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Nancy P. Toth of Waynesville; two sons, Steven Paul Toth and his wife, Leisa, of Flowerey Branch, Georgia and Tom Toth of Tampa, Florida; a sister, Gizi Barna of Mezoberney, Hungary; a brother, Jonas Toth, Sr., of Mezoberney, Hungary; two nieces, Ona Szaebo, of Budapest and Mugda Ké�sagyorgy of Mezoberney, Hungary; two grandchildren, Michael Steven Toth and Deanne Marie Toth, both of Flowerey Branch, Georgia. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2004 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Homes & Cremation Services with Dr. George Robertson officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home and at other times, 119 Nancy Lane, Waynesville, NC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058-5216 or to charity of one's choice.
