Jacqueline Eleanor Fowler Henson, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals. A native of Madison County, Jackie lived most of her life in Haywood County and was a daughter of the late Judge Boyd Fowler and Mary Ann Dixon Trull. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Donald Jerome Henson, who died April 27, 2010 ; step-father, Elbert A Trull; and a sister, Deborah Trull. Jackie was a wonderful cook and also enjoyed crafts and decorating especially arranging flowers. She loved life and living it to the fullest, always making life exciting. She is survived by a daughter, Donna Ann Henson of the home; a son, Leonard Dean Henson of Canton; four sisters, Margaret Ramsey and her husband, Ronnie, of Waynesville, Vera Stewart and Alma Sue Rogers, both of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, and Barbara Jean Trull of Canton; three grandchildren, Trevor Dean and Stephen Allen Henson, and Mason Paul Holcombe; special nieces and nephews whom she helped raise, Kim, Keith, Karen & Kevin Williams, Keisha Ramsey, Heidi and Shannon Blaylock,; as well as several other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; special friends, The Masons, Frizzells, Cogburns, Warrens, Holcombes, Burrells, Trulls, Hensons, Williams, and Rogers families. A memorial service will be held later in the spring. "Go to sleep my little angel and dwell in the house of the Lord forever."
