James Bruce

James T. Bruce, Jr. "Jim", 71, of Candler, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 7, 2015. He was born in Asheville on January 13, 1943 to the late Annie Lou Johnson and James T. Bruce, Sr. Jim was a member of Biltmore Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Oasis Shrine and Eastern Star.
In addition to his parents, Jim is preceded in death by his son, Roger and sister, Barbara Weathers.
He is survived by his wife, Donna; daughters, Pam (Andrew) Nash and Cindy Bruce; sons, Ronnie and J.R. Bruce (fiancé Wendy); 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 4 sisters and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 10th from 12:00PM-1:45 in the Chapel of Faith, Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn. A Masonic Graveside Service will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
