James Rathbone

James Charles "Bimbo" Rathbone, age 54, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2013 at Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, he was a son of the late James Ronald and Ora Mae Kuykendall Rathbone. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Keitha Ann Cope, who died in 1994. He is survived by two sons, Chris and Todd Rathbone, both of Canton; one sister, Jennifer Earley of Canton; five brothers, Ricky, Ronnie, Randy, and Kevin Rathbone, all of Canton, and Tommy Rathbone of Gaffney, South Carolina; and two grandchildren, Christopher Sherrill and James Dalton Rathbone. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Wells Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Canton is in charge of the arrangements.
