Jean Hartman

Waynesville, Jean Ann Hubbell Hartman, age 80, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Ohio, she was the daughter of Stanley and Susan Seat Hubbell.  She was also preceded in death by her dear husband, William Nelson Hartman, who passed away in 2009.

Jean previously resided in Florida and lived for 20 years in Haywood County.  She worked in the banking industry for many years as a teller.  Shopping, traveling, and caring for her fur babies were some of her favorite activities.  What gave her the greatest joy was loving on her grandchildren and spending time with her family.

Jean is survived by her daughter, Holly Hartman of Waynesville; her son, Stan Hartman; and her stepson, David Hartman.  Also left to treasure her memory are five grandchildren, Jennifer Hocker, and Evan, Hayley, Kennedy, and Reese Hartman; and two great-grandchildren.
