Jeanne Crotty

Jeanne Rasmussen Crotty, passed away on March 6, 2010 at the John F. Keever Solace Center. She was born in Buffalo, NY to the late Elva Bates Rasmussen and Volney K. Rasmussen she was also preceded in death by her son William R. Crotty Jr., her husband William R. Crotty Sr., a sister, Lois Margaret (Peggy) Jacobi and a brother, Volney K. Rasmussen Jr.

Mrs. Crotty lived in the Asheville area for almost 20 years and spent most of her time helping raise her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughters, Lois C. Cooke and Janette C. Vidmar, sons, Mark, James and John Crotty, 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 7 step-grandchildren.

A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
