Jennie Ledford

Waynesville, Jennie Mae Ledford, age 86, of Ben Medford Road, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Maggie Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Henry Brownlow and Jennie Mae Reese Haynes and also preceded in death by her husband, Elgin Eli Ledford, who died in 1987. Jennie is survived by three daughters, Brenda East (Louis) of Waynesville, Melody Camp (David Kleinman) of Chicago Illinois and Greta Insko (Mark) of Temple, Texas; a son, Reverend Douglas Ledford (Patricia) of Calhoun, Georgia; five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. No services are planned.
