John Galante

Waynesville, John Frank Galante, age 82, of Church Street, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at The Homestead. A native of Manhattan, New York, he had resided in Haywood County for the past three years. He was the son of the late Frank and Frances Cardinale Galante and was also preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers. He is survived by three daughters; two sons; two sisters, including Mary Napoli Caruso and her husband, Joseph, of Maggie Valley; and two brothers. Funeral services will be held in Maspeth, New York and burial will follow in Long Island.
