John Hahn

Clyde - John O. Hahn, age 80, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at his residence. He was the son of the late Alfred Oscar and Emma Beals Hahn and was also preceded in death by his brother, Alfred Hahn, Jr. John was a member of Crabtree Baptist Church and was a U.S. Marine veteran having served during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Katherine Rathbone Hahn; two sons, Terry Hoglen and his wife, Tammy; Ricky Hoglen and his wife, Brenda; two daughters, Johnina Regish and her husband, Jason, and Ernestine Taveira and her husband, Danny Matta; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a lifelong friend, Bill Stonehouse, who John always thought of as a son. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 22, 2011 at 12:00 noon at Crabtree Baptist Church with Reverend Matt Ledbetter and Reverend Dewayne Rathbone officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12:00 Noon prior to the service at the church.
