Joyce Hannah

Waynesville, Joyce Lindsey Hannah, age 61 died Sunday, August 24, 2008 at one of her son's residence. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of Marcella Hill Lindsey of Clyde, and the late Mark Lindsey. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Larry Bennett of Waynesville and Gary Bennett and his wife Guylene of Canton, one sister Carolyn Wyatt and her husband Glenn of Waynesville, one brother, Bruce Lindsey and his wife Mary of Lake Junaluska, and three grandchildren; Chad Bennett and Sean Bennett, both of Waynesville and Shantel Bennett of Canton. A memorial celebration of Joyce's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Home. Reverend Dr. Roy Kilby will officiate. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. At other times the family will be at 69 Evans Road, Canton.
