Judith Canup

Waynesville-Judith Fricks "Judy" Canup, age 68, of 91 Camp Branch Road, died on Monday, April 24, 2006 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. A native of Knox County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Earl and Bonnie Irene Christie Fricks. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward Louis Canup, who died in 2000 and a son, Brian Edward Canup. She enjoyed crafts, children, and was an accomplished seamstress. She was a peacetime veteran of the US Army. She is survived by one daughter, Katrina Canup Bullen and husband, Ralph, of Clyde; a sister, Connie Thompson, of Knoxville, TN; two grandchildren, Wanda Kirby and Audrey Burrell; five great grandchildren, and one God son, Brian Henson. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2000 at Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Knoxville, TN.
