Waynesville, Judith Rhodarmer Pennyfeather, age 68, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at The Homestead.

A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Brown and Vena Mae Rathbone Rhodarmer and was also preceded in death by her husband, James A. Pennyfeather, who died in 2015. Judith enjoyed reading her Bible, adult coloring and crafts.

Judith is survived by a son, Earnest Franklin and wife, Trish, of Waynesville; three aunts, Eula Smith, Vera Meadows and Frankie Phillips and several cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2018 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Pastor Jake Cagle and Reverend Harry Worley officiating. Burial will follow at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. prior to services at the funeral home.
