Judy Coley

Waynesville, Judy Ann Faulkner Coley, 72, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2016 at her residence. Born in Greenville, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late David J. and M. Ola Parton Faulkner and was also preceded in death by her husband, James A. "Bert" Coley, who died in 2012. Judy was a 1962 graduate of Waynesville Township High School and attended Blanton Business College. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed arts and crafts and genealogy. Judy is survived by her children, Jamie Ann Coley, of Ponce, Puerto Rico and David T. Faulkner of Waynesville; cousin, Paul "Butch" Weese; sister-in-law, Teresa Coley; a niece, Pam Moody; who were special people in her life along with many of her husband's relatives; her best friend from school days, Martha Revis; and her dog and cat, Bella Luna and Bridget. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2016 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Johnny Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Adam and Brian Wright, Roy L. Strickland, Bobby Collins James Luther and Scott Muse.
