Judy Kullman

Maggie Valley, Judy Baysinger Kullman, 66, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Autumn Care. Judy was born in Meade County, Kentucky and had lived in Haywood County for the past 33 years. She was the daughter of the late Denis R. and Iona Rhodes Baysinger. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gerald Kullman, who died in 1988; brothers, Ronald and Samuel Baysinger; and one granddaughter, Katie Elizabeth Page. Judy was an active member of Lakeview Church of the Nazarene and was devoted to reading her bible. She loved taking care of people. Judy is survived by three daughters, Lisa Page (Jamie) of New London, Missouri, Lorie Guinn (Jeremy) of Trinity, North Carolina and Bobbie Kullman (Jeff Irwin) of Charlotte; a son, Gene Peterson (Melissa Cox) of Maggie Valley; two brothers, Eddie Baysinger (Tobi) and Bobby Baysinger (Betty), all of Meade County, Kentucky; 10 grandchildren, Kyla, Rachel, Ethan and Hollie Page, Derrik Hooper (Jennifer), Rena Jaeger, Destiny and Noah Guinn, and Tristan and McKayla Cox; a great-granddaughter on the way; a foster daughter, Brianna; very dear friends, Connie Scanlon and her family, Pastor Tim Pullin (Karen) and her beloved church family; and honorary children, Scott Garland, Amee Suggs, Kelly McMahon, and Brandy Moorefield. Our momma ended her battle with cancer and went to be with her Savior whom she has served so steadfastly. She is reaping the rewards of her God-driven life. She is no longer suffering and is rejoicing with all her loved ones that have gone before her. She will be dearly missed and remembered by those that knew her. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Lakeview Church of the Nazarene with Reverend Tim Pullin officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.
