"Loving Sister"

Waynesville, Judy Elaine Palmer, 57, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Harris Regional Hospital.

Judy was born in Haywood County, daughter of the late Thomas Alvin and Georgia Mae Moody Palmer and was also preceded in death by a brother, Max Palmer. She was a former employee of HVO.

Judy is survived by a sister, Peggy Phillips and her husband, Bobby, of Waynesville and her loving family at Solitary Meadow Group Home and also at the Learning Enrichment Program of HVO.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 20, 2017 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Carrol Lindsey officiating. Burial will follow at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
