June Amlin

Waynesville, June Elizabeth Shoeman Amlin, age 82, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at MedWest Haywood Regional Medical Center. A native of Ocala, Florida, she had resided in Haywood County since 1986. She was the daughter of the late Paul and Gladys Smith Shoeman and was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Dennis Shoeman. June was an accountant for the Waynesville Country Club for 15 years and was of the Catholic faith. She is survived by a son, Russell Amlin, of Tampa, Florida; one daughter, Sherry Waser, of Clyde; two sisters, Rita Boggs and Dawn Cuttingham, both of Florida; one grandson, Lee Waser and his girlfriend, Tracey Grasty; and one great grandson, Dylan Waser.
