Karen Gunn

Karen Jo Evans Gunn, 63, of Asheville, passed away Saturday, January 14th, 2012. A native of Sherwood, Arkansas, she was a daughter of the late Billie and Kay Huggins Evans. She had been a resident of Asheville since 2005 and a member of Biltmore Church of Christ. Karen was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, artist and Barber.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Rusty Evans and Brenda Shaw.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Gunn; daughters, Tracy Land and Tara Bailey; grandchildren, Joshua, Chasni, Matthew and Jackson; great grandson, Chandler and sisters, Sue Murry and Cheryl Berns.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 19th in the Chapel of Faith at Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
