Kathleen Robinson

Kathleen Bailey Robinson, age 43, died on Sunday, January 22, 2012, at Mission Hospitals – Memorial Campus. She was born in Haywood County and had lived in Madison and Haywood counties and was the daughter of David and Julia Kemp Bailey of Marshall. She was a medical assistant at Asheville Pediatrics and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Kathleen enjoyed crocheting and summer ball games. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 19 years, Richard Robinson; a daughter, Hannah Robinson and a son, Jaxson Robinson, both of the home; a sister, Charlene Bailey Smith of Marshall; mother and father-in-law, Donald and Judie Robinson of Canton; and a niece and nephew, Daniel and Emily Smith. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend Bruce Cayton officiating. Burial will follow at Beaverdam Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
