Kathleen Teaster

Fines Creek, Kathleen "Susie" Teaster, age 75, of the Fines Creek Community, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at the Brian Center in Waynesville. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Alma Faye Ledford Teaster. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Bobbie Medford, who died in 1984. She is survived by her brothers, Bryan Teaster and Glenda of Hazelwood and Charles Teaster and his wife, Barbara, of Fines Creek; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 31, 2010 in the Chapel of Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville with Reverend Kenny Banks officiating. Burial will be at Fines Creek Memorial Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the Brian Center for all their love, care and devotion to Susie. We sincerely thank you.
