River Grace Memorial Service Invitation
Kathryn "River Grace" DeHart, 55, of Asheville, died after an extended illness on Saturday, December 9, 2017. A native of Winston-Salem, she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Estelle Grubbs DeHart. She practiced Massage Therapy while working on her Master's Degree in Psychology.

River Grace was a part of Sacred Fire Asheville Community as well as the larger SFC since around 2002. She had been a strong presence in the community until her health prevented her from attending Fires. She kept us emotionally honest and awake. Her unique sense of humor brought laughter, tears, and occasional groans to all at the Fire. She loved the Fire and the community.

She leaves behind two loving cats Luna and Tau who are still looking for a new home.

If you knew River Grace personally and have stories to tell about her, I would like to invite you to her Memorial Service and Funerary Rites.

The memorial service will start January 18th at 7 pm with a feast of her favorite foods. We will tell stories about her as the night goes on. You will be free to leave at anytime, though we would like a good crowd staying until midnight. Funerary Rites will be explained at the Fire. We will meet at the Sacred Fire Council House, parking is at 90 Rocky Hollow, Weaverville NC. Dress for outdoors around a fire. Directions
