Kitty Campbell

Kitty Campbell Candler–Mary Catherine "Kitty" Pruett Campbell, age 44, died on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at her residence. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Dennis Young and Nell Young Blythe and her paternal grandparents, Buren Pruett and Vernon Pruett Justus. She was a lifelong resident of Candler. Kitty loved all children, especially her niece and nephew, Justin and Megan Pruett. She is survived by her mother and best friend, Linda Jean Pruett of Candler; her father, Kenneth Pruett and his wife, Linda, of Bethel; and a brother, Daniel Pruett and his wife, Sharon, of Candler. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, 2010, at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home & Cremation Services, with Jerry Towe, the Reverend Philip Hurst, and the Reverend David Scruggs officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. At other times, the family will be at the residence of her mother at 266 Luther Road, Candler.
