Larry Bell

Waynesville – Larry Dean Bell, age 48, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina. A native of Haywood County, he was the son of the late James Kenneth and Frances Nations Bell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Kenny Bell. Larry was a 1986 graduate of Pisgah High School. He enjoyed photography, landscaping, fishing, and being outdoors. He also loved traveling to Hilton Head, South Carolina. He is survived by his loving wife, Gail Swanger Bell, of 25 years; two daughters, Amanda Bell Kilgo of Canton and Ashley Bell of Waynesville; a son, Larry Kenneth Bell of Canton; two sisters, Cathy Mason of Clyde and Debi Howard of Marietta, South Carolina; a brother, Jerry Bell of Raleigh; and four grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
