Canton-Lester Leonard "LL" Mull- age 87, of Laurel Drive, died Wednesday, August 27, 2003 at Mission-St. Joseph Health Systems.

He was the son of the late Cleve and Nan Henderson Mull and was the husband of the late Ellen Gibson Mull who died in 2001. Mr. Mull was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and a 32 year member of Pisgah Camping Club.

He is survived by 2 daughters, Dorothy Franklin and her husband Earl and Grace Shoaf and her husband Zachary, all of Canton, two sons, Winfred Mull and his wife Betty and Charles Mull and his wife Hope, all of Canton, 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 29, 2003 at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Homes with Reverend Dennis Ruff officiating. Burial will follow at Beaverdam Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home prior to the service. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
