Lillie Buzbee

Canton-Lillie Wells Buzbee-85, formerly of Lakeview Apts., died Monday, February 10, 2003 at Silver Bluff Nursing Home.

She was a native of Jackson County and had lived most of her life in Haywood County. She was the daughter of the late William A. and Daisy Jordan Wells. She was the last of nine children. She retired from Haywood County Hospital as an emergency room LPN and was formerly employed by Champion International. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church. She had an unabiding love for her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 13, 2003 at Bon-A-Venture Cemetery on Old Clyde Road with a nephew, Reverend Thomas G. Hall officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Wells Funeral Homes of Canton.
