Edmonds, Linda Henson, 64, of Asheville, died on Friday, February 4, 2011. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of Ulus and Vivian Burris Henson and a graduate of Bethel High School.
She loved spending time at home with her family and the GA Bulldogs.
She is preceded in death by her father, Ulus Henson and husband, Ernest Wayne Edmonds.
Surviving her are her son, Edward Edmonds; mother, Vivian Henson; sister, Pat (Fred) Russell; brother, David (Gail) Henson and sister-in-law, Libby (Jerry) Stuart.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00PM on Monday, February 7th at Moore Funeral Home Chapel of Faith, Candler with Rev. Ricky Wolfe of Beulah Baptist Church officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Keever Solace Center, 68 Sweeten Creek Road, Asheville, NC 28803.
