Lloyd Speulda

Lloyd Edward Speulda, 92, of Candler, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 with his family at his side. He was born in Thurston County, Nebraska to the late Louis and Anna Rose Trautt Speulda. Lloyd service in the U.S. Navy during World War II and worked for the Deputy State Auditor in Colorado as a CPA.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa Marie Speulda; brother and 3 sisters.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Evelyn Mae Appleton; children, Presnal and Patricia Speulda and Sarah Roane; granddaughter, Lasha (Ryan) Nisogi; great granddaughters, Maile and Lily; step-children, Kimberly (Woodie) Christenson, Robert and Shane Christenson; step-grandchildren, Holli (Yim), Christopher, Andrew, Nicklaus, Dominick, Cooper, Victoria, Devin, Shadow, and Mason; step great-grandchildren, Chandler, Chastity, Rebecca, Dillon, Sylas and Skye and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, May 16 in the Chapel of Faith, Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 15 in the Chapel of Faith from 3-5PM. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
