Lois Mull

Waynesville-Lois E. Mull, age 85, of Stealth Drive, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 19, 2003.

She was a native and life long resident of Haywood County. She was the daughter of the late David Homer and Bonnie Reece Sharp. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Paul M. Mull, who died in 1989, and by a grandson, Charles Nations and by five brothers, James, George, Edward, Nobel, and Floyd Sharp. She was a member of Allen's Creek Baptist Church where she taught the five year old Sunday School Class for over 35 years.

She is survived by two daughters, Rita M. Nations and her husband, Jerry, and Sandy M. Nichols and her husband Jerry, all of Waynesville; a son, Jimmy Dale Mull and his wife Shirley C. of Waynesville; a sister, Faye Ledford of Fines Creek; five grandchildren, Sarah Nations, Steven Mull, Patrick, Josh, and Jody Nichols; several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, 2003 at the Allen's Creek Baptist Church. The Reverend Eddie Deitz and Reverend Ray Talley will officiate. Burial will follow at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, at the church. At other times, the family will be at the residence.

The pallbearers will be Randy, Bobby, and Joe Sharp, Johnny Dills, Patrick Nichols, and Damon Swanger. The Honorary pallbearers will be the grandchildren and the children of the Sunday School class she has taught for 35 years, whom she loved with all her heart.
