Lucille Hicks

Lucille Trull Hicks, age 92, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2012 at Aston Park Health Care Center in Asheville. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Octavia Melton Trull. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Troy Ford, who died in 1992 and her second husband, Mills Hicks who died in 2006. Lucille was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by a son, Darryl Ford of Asheville; a step daughter, Lynn Sellars and her husband, Steve, of Weaverville; a step son, Doug Hicks and his wife, Sharon, of Candler; two brothers, Donald Trull of Texas and Arnold Trull of Leicester; two step grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Bruce Cayton officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30 until 11:30 a.m. prior to the service at Wells Funeral Home of Canton.
