Margaret Cagle

December 17, 1949 — April 16, 2013

Waynesville, Margaret Jean "Jeanne" Cagle, age 63, of 30 Middleton Drive, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at her residence. A native and life-long resident of Haywood County, she was the daughter of Grace Allen Middleton and the late Harry E. Middleton. She was Executive Director of Mountain Area Residential Facilities, Inc. for the past 17 years and a member of The Cathedral of All Souls Episcopal Church. Jeanne was a saint of all souls and her selfless nature and caring demeanor endeared her to everyone she met. Jeanne's heart was her family and she will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of 44 years, Tommy Cagle; a daughter, Dawn Cagle of Waynesville; one sister, Joyce Fish and her husband, Terry, of Winston-Salem; one brother, Ed Middleton and his wife, Chris Sekerke, of Dallas, Texas; as well as several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at The Cathedral of All Souls Episcopal Church with The Very Reverend Todd Donatelli officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday at Wells Funeral Homes and Cremation Services of Waynesville. Memorials may be made to the All Souls Counseling Center, 35 Arlington Street, Asheville, NC 28801.
