Margola Hargis

Waynesville, Margola Mae Hargis, age 86, of Forsyth Lane, died Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at her residence. A native of Ludlow, KY, she had resided in Largo, Fl before moving to Haywood County in 1999. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Eudora Mae Bryant Dungan. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Melba Lester and two brothers, Maurice and Morena Dungan. Mrs. Hargis enjoyed swimming and horseback riding and was a former member of Science Hill Christian Church. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, William V. Hargis; two daughters, Donna Forsyth and her husband, Dennis, of Waynesville and Diane Wilson, of Middle Town, OH; one brother, Merrill Dungan; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
