Marilyn Walker

Marilyn L. Walker, 57, of Candler, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016. She was born in Jellico, TN to the late Fred Walker and Delphine Cupp. Marilyn was a member of High Street Baptist Church, she worked at Champion, in addition to being a beautician.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Dylan Roseboom and sister, Dorothy Walker.
She is survived by her siblings, Debbie Walker Ledford and Lee Walker; step-mom, Lela Walker; niece, Amy Woodby; nephew, Wayne Payne; Godson, John Cook and step-siblings, Carolyn, Sandy, Gale, Debby and Jeff.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, December 9th in the Chapel of Faith, Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn. The family will receive friends beginning at noon on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to assist with funeral costs to Moore Funeral Home, 1 Chapel of Faith Drive, Candler, NC 28715.
