Mary Canipe

Mary Reynolds Canipe, 92, of Asheville, went to be with the Lord, on Sunday, November 16, 2014. She was born in Hartwell, Georgia to the late William and Pearl Robertson Reynolds. Mary was a member of Oteen Baptist Church and loved to bake cakes.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Canipe and siblings, Eugene and Jack Reynolds of Asheville and Betty Geisler of Iowa.
She is survived by her sister, JoAnn Hughey of Asheville; aunt, Hazel Walters of Hartwell, GA and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, November 22 in the Chapel of Faith, Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn with the Revs. James Lamb and Gayle Brown officiating. The family will receive friends at 1:30PM on Saturday. Entombment will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
