Mary Estes

Waynesville-Mary Rabb Estes, age 82, of 2 Dovetail Lane, died Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at her residence. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Dora Mull Rabb. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Daniel "Buster" Estes who died in 1965 and a son Daniel Estes who died in 1990. She is survived by six daughters, Lois Smith, of Clyde, Ernestine Derrick and her husband, Robert, and Louise Williams and her husband, Jerry, both of Balsam, Hettie Peirce and her husband, Frank, of McCormick, SC and Regina Francis Estes and Dessie Rose, both of Waynesville; 20 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
