Mary Reida

Waynesville, Mary Gray Reida, age 74, of Mosa Drive, left to continue her spiritual journey on Sunday May 4, 2014 at St. Joseph Campus. Mary was a native of Calvert County, Maryland, and had resided in Haywood County since 2000. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin Zachariah and Lillian Bowen Gray. Mary retired with 20 years' service with the State of Maryland as an abused person program counselor. She enjoyed reading, painting in watercolor and quilting. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Larry Reida; a stepson, Steven Reida of Bozeman, MT. and a sister-in-law, Linda Reida of Lake View, IA. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2014 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. A gathering of friends will be one hour prior to services.
