Mary Schwanewede

Waynesville – Mary Jane Talley Schwanewede, 74, passed away on March 15, 2021 at her residence.

Mary Jane was a lifelong member of Haywood County and a daughter of the late William Herschel and Hattie Mae Brookshire Talley.  She was employed by Plus Linen Cleaners for 20 years.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Henry Schwanewede, who died in 2018.

She is survived by one son, Frederick William Schwanewede, of Waynesville.

At Mary Jane’s request, no services are planned.
