Maxine Galloway

Canton-Maxine Rhinehart Galloway-63 of 2873 Pisgah Drive died Tuesday, December 31, 2002 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

She was a daughter of Emma G. Rhinehart and the late B. H. Rhinehart.
She was a native of Haywood County and was a member of Crestview Baptist Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 43 ½ years, Homer Galloway, Jr., one daughter, Belinda Allen and her husband Ted of Lynchburg, VA, one son, Rick Galloway and his wife Kelly of Ellijay, GA, three sisters, Nancy Hipps of Clyde, Gladys Bovey of Canton, Eva Martin of Brevard, two brothers, Bruce Rhinehart and Henry Rhinehart both of Canton, 4 grandchildren, Amanda Galloway of Canton and Morgan, Tyler and Brody Allen of Lynchburg, VA.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 2, 2003 at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Homes with Reverend Eddie Gordon III, Reverend Roy Kilby and Reverend Dr. Frank Harvey officiating. Burial will follow at Crawford/Ray Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be Ken McClure. Tyler Rathbone, Tony Rhinehart, Dewayne Ledford, Keith Smathers, Jack Harkins and Tim Sharpe.
