Michael Barlow

Asheville-Michael Cornelius Barlow, age 51, died August 31, 2004 at his residence. A native of Pensacola, Florida, he had lived the majority of his life in Panama City Beach, Florida before moving to Buncombe County eight months ago. He was the son of the late William Barlow. He was a LPN in Florida for 26 years and was an accomplished artist. His dream was to start an art ministry called Beauty for Ashes. He was a member of Gulf View United Methodist Church of Panama City Beach, Florida. He is survived by his former wife, Elizabeth Barlow, of Clyde; two daughters, Gabrielle Taylor Barlow and Amber Noel Barlow, both of Clyde; and a brother, Grover Heller, of Fountain, Florida. Graveside services were held.
