Michael Rhinehart

Waynesville - Michael Vincent Rhinehart, age 32, formerly of Clyde died Friday, October 17, 2003 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

He was a native and lifelong resident of Haywood County and the son of Pat Shook of Clyde and Isac Rhinehart of Canton. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Dolphus Treadway and his paternal grandfather, Hubert Rhinehart.

He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and an avid Tar Heel and NASCAR fan.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Anna Rhinehart of Waynesville; two daughters, Eva Grace and Emilie Caroline Rhinehart both of the home; a sister, Beverly Byrd of Sherrills Ford, NC; a brother, Barry Treadway of Bethel; his maternal grandmother, Mary Ann Treadway and his paternal grandmother, Frances Rhinehart both of Canton as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 20th at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend J. C. Grose and Reverend Dr. Roy Kilby officiating. Burial will follow at Bon-A-Venture Cemetery, Old Clyde Road. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. At other times, the family will be at the residence of his mother, Pat Shook 110 Timber Ridge Circle, Clyde. Pallbearers will be Glenn Browning, Jr., Bobby Treadway, Jody Bradshaw, Chris Taylor, Chris Bryant and Tommy and Travis Byrd.
