Naomi Hall

Fairview, Naomi Margaret Palmer Hall, age 93, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Flesher's Fairview Health Center.

A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Cleveland and Effie Brock Palmer. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Hall who died in 1972; two sisters, Thelma Scruggs and Mary Duncan; and a brother, Hugh Palmer. Naomi was a member of Hazelwood Baptist Church and retired from Wellco.

Naomi is survived by a son, Vincent Hall, and his husband, Peter James Walton; three nieces, Myrna Harris, and her husband, Steve, Sandra Price, and Barbara Bates, and her husband, Bill, all of Asheville; nephew, Art Palmer, and his wife, Cathy, of Zebulon, North Carolina.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Green Hill Cemetery with Reverend Tim Lolley officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.
