Nikki Clark

Nikki Lynne Clark, age 44, of Canton died unexpectedly on Monday, August 11, 2008. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was the daughter of Billie Griffith Clark and the late Wade Clark, who died in 1996. Nikki enjoyed gardening and traveling to the lake with her friends and family. She was a compassionate and caring person and loved helping anyone in need. Nikki was a valuable employee of All Star Trophy for ten years. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her grandmother, Myrtle Griffith of Canton; two sisters, Pam Vance and her husband, Bart, of Waynesville and Janet Farlow and her husband, Danny, of Candler; two brothers, Rex Griffith and his wife, Annette, and Randy Clark and his wife, Janet, all of Canton; two nieces, Jodi Robinson and her husband, Bennie, and Hannah Farlow; three nephews; Jason Griffith and his wife, Haley, Josh Clark and his wife, Jessica, and Jeremy Clark; great niece, Ayla Griffith; great nephew, Bryson Robinson; and a special friend, Joe Davis and his children, Karmen Franklin and her husband, Alex, and Alex Davis and his special friend, Tara Reinhold; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2008, at Oak Grove Baptist Church with the Reverend Bruce Cayton officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Wells Funeral Home of Canton. Pallbearers will be Jason Griffith, Josh Clark, Jeremy Clark, Bennie Robinson, Brock Glavich, Brandon Griffith, Alex Franklin and Alex Davis. Flowers are acceptable and appreciated and memorials may also be made to Nikki Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund, 183 Canaan Drive, Candler, NC 28715.
