"Loving Daughter, Mother and Grandmother"

Waynesville, Nina Christina Martin, age 36, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.

She is survived by her mother Issa Morris and her father, Frank Martin; two daughters, Lillian Peace Martin and her son, Kaydin Swayde and Milana Tierra Alicia Martin; five sisters, Nikki Eason, Natasha Martin, Nova Martin, Melinda Morris and Dakota Morris; two brothers, Thomas Morris Martin and Nigel Morris Martin.

Nina loved camping, hiking, fishing, cooking and enjoyed growing plants. Nina especially loved her children and grandson. She was enrolled in the Horticulture program at Haywood Community College. Nina was an ambassador of love, faith, peace and joy and was a member of Olive Chapel Baptist Church in Apex, North Carolina.

A celebration of life service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2017 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
