Noble Wyatt

Noble Jonas Wyatt, age 78, of 31 Rebel Ridge Road, died Saturday, May 28, 2005, at his residence. He was a native and lifelong residence of Haywood County. He was the son of the late Frank and Lena Alderidge Wyatt. He is also preceded in death by one sister, Mary Dalton, four brothers, J.B. Wyatt, Henry Wyatt, Robert Wyatt, Dewey Wyatt, and one grandson, Michael Wayne Jones. He retired from Dayco and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Mary Elizabeth Cogburn Wyatt, two daughters, Sheila Ann Jones of Newport News, Va., Vickie Queen of Canton, one sister, Lena Hull, one brother, Wid Wyatt, both of Waynesville, four grandchildren, Teresa Finlay, Jeremy Davis, Chris Jones, Keever Davis and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, May 30, 2005 at the chapel of Wells Funeral Homes & Cremation Services of Canton with the Reverend Roy Kilby officiating. The Family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:45 prior to the services. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Haywood Regional Medical Center Hospice, Home Health Bldg., 560 Leroy George Drive, Clyde, N.C. 28721.
