Ollie Duggan

Clyde, Ollie Bell Payne Duggan, age 89, of the Crabtree community, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at her residence. A native of Madison County, she was the daughter of the late James Daniel and Sarah Mooneyham Payne. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William T. Duggan who died in 1984; three sons, Carl Gates, Donald and Terry Duggan; five sisters, Martha Shelton, Rachel Shelton, Ulah Payne Shelton, Hattie Payne Hipps and Fariah Payne Caldwell. three brothers, Issac, Leo, and Jess Payne. Ollie was owner and operator of Neon Service Company of Knoxville, Tennessee, she loved her family, gardening and cooking. She was a member of Lusk Chapel Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Calvin Williamson; two daughters, Becky Presnell of Newport Tennessee and Lori Duggan of Knoxville, Tennessee; one son, Joey Duggan of Knoxville, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews including a special niece and nephew, Lee and Edda Payne of Spring Creek; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, November 6, 2011 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend David Jones officiating and eulogy by Lee Payne. Burial will follow at Lynnhurst Cemetery in Knoxville, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
