October 2, 1941 - August 3,2024

 Pamela Anne Frederes, age 82, passed away peacefully at her home in Waynesville, NC.

 A native of New York, she was the daughter of the late William and Eleanor Haskins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, James George Frederes.

 Pamela received her RN degree from Millard Fillmore Hospital School of Nursing. She practiced as a nurse for over 20 years before becoming a successful real estate broker in Haywood County, NC.

 Pam loved spending time with her three Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren during the summers in Waynesville, NC. She loved spending the winter months in her beautiful home in Dunnellon, FL. One of her greatest joys was playing bingo with all her friends! Above all, she enjoyed her life with her husband of 57 years, Jim.

 Pamela is survived by her two brothers Jack Haskins (Linda) and Doyle Haskins (Melanie); Two daughters, Susan Elingburg (Enoch) of Whittier, NC and Karen Braun of Maggie Valley, NC; Three Grandchildren Edward Braun (Carmella), Brittany Braun (Colton) and Devan Elingburg (Kate); as well as two Great Grandchildren Cadence and Chase Parrott.

To honor our mother’s wishes, there will be no services.

Pam had a special place in her heart for children. If you would like to honor her memory, please donate to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

The care of Mrs. Frederes has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville
