Pastor Ted Reynolds
"Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather"

Canton - Pastor Ted Rondell Reynolds, age 74, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 at CarePartners Solace Center in Asheville.

A native of Haywood County, he was the son of the late Jess James Reynolds and Ella Mae Summey Reynolds. Pastor Ted was a member of Pisgah Freewill Baptist Church and had served as pastor for a number of churches for over 50 years.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Ann Wilson Reynolds; two sons, Greg Reynolds and his wife, Kimberly, of Candler and Brian Reynolds and his wife, Kim, of Fairview; a sister, Janice Hawkins and her husband, Harry Lee of Clyde; a brother, Jack Reynolds and his wife, Jean, of Canton; four grandchildren, Lauren McIntosh, Brent Reynolds, Justin James and (Amanda), Austin Reynolds and (Hannah); and six great-grandchildren, Gracie McIntosh, Knox McIntosh, Ophelia James, Wayland James, and Maci and Avri Reynolds.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 5, 2018 in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Pastor Jake Cagle and Reverend Elisha Fish officiating. Burial will follow at Crawford/Ray Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. prior to the service at 3:00 p.m.
