Patricia Blaylock

Patricia O'Neil "Trish" Blaylock, age 62, of Cruso Road, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at MedWest Haywood. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was a daughter of Louise Stamey O'Neil of Cruso and the late Raymond "Corky" O'Neil. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Danny LeFaine O'Neil. She was a former employee of Evergreen Packaging and was a member of East Fork Baptist Church where she sang in the choir. She also volunteered with the Community Kitchen. Patricia enjoyed upholstery. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 47 years, Phillip Douglas Blaylock; two sons, Phillip Curtis Blaylock (Kim), of Fairview and Douglas Bradford Blaylock of Cruso; one sister, Renee O'Neil Whitmire (Jimmy), of Fairview; two grandchildren, Nathan Curtis and Garrett Ryan Blaylock, both of Fairview; and one niece, Ashley Nichole Whitmire of Fairview. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at East Fork Baptist Church with the Reverend Chan Chandler, Reverend Greg Cullen, and Reverend Larry Sprinkle officiating. Burial will follow at New Cruso Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to the Community Kitchen, P.O.
