R. Pressley

Reallis Bob "R. B." Pressley, age 77, died on Thursday, February 10, 2011, at Silver Bluff Nursing Home. A native of Jackson County, he was the son of the late Hobert Lee and Nora Mae Mull Pressley. He was an employee of the Town of Canton for 18 years and a former employee of Ward Piano Company. He was a member of Center Pigeon Baptist Church. He is survived by a son, Bobby Pressley and his wife, Debra, of Maggie Valley; a sister, Laorine McCracken of Cherryville, NC; two brothers, Billy Pressley of Canton and Roy Pressley of Leicester; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 13, 2011, at Center Pigeon Baptist Church with the Reverend Alan Blanton officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Wells Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Canton is in charge of arrangements.
