Randall E. Drew

Randall Edward Drew, a beloved individual who dedicated his life to his career and community, passed away on July 23, 2023, at Haywood Regional Medical Center.

A native of Indiana, Randall was preceded in death by his parents James and Laveda Randall Drew.  Randall's professional journey was marked by diligence and expertise. For 35 years, he served as a Computer Analyst at Exelon in Chicago. His commitment to his work and determination made him an esteemed member of the company.

Education played a crucial role in shaping Randall's life and career. He attended Rose-Hulman in Terre Haute, Indiana, where he laid the foundation for the Triangle Fraternity and was a founding father. Randall's passion for learning led him to pursue an MBA at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.

Outside of work and academics, Randall was actively involved in his community. He found solace and inspiration through his faith as an active member of First United Methodist Church in Waynesville. Throughout the years, he generously contributed to several church committees, showcasing his dedication and commitment.

Among Randall's proudest accomplishments was his strong bond with his family. He shared an incredible journey of love and companionship with his devoted wife of 47 years, Sandy Banevich Drew; two daughters, Elizabeth Drew and Cindy King; son, Brian Drew; sister, Shella Owens, and her husband, William; two grandchildren, Kerry and Emma King; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at the First Congregational Church 1047 Curtiss St, Downers Grove, IL 60515 at 4:00 p.m.  A visitation will be held at 3:00 p.m. prior till the service time at the church.
