Rebecca Chubbuck

Waynesville-Rebecca "Becky" Lynn Campbell Chubbuck, age 63, of Waynesville, died Sunday, May 08, 2005 at Mountain Area Hospice Solace. She was born in Danville, Kentucky and was the daughter of the late Robert and Koreen Alcock Campbell. She was a retired math teacher at Pinellas County Schools in Florida. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, William Raymond Chubbuck; one daughter, Kris Ellen Hollon and her husband, Sam Hollon, of Springboro, Ohio; two sisters, Carolyn Engels of Portland, Oregon, Lee Kump and her husband Ray, of Barrington, IL; three grandchildren, Sam, Katie and Matthew Hollon; two nieces; and one nephew. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Homes and Cremation Services. Reverend Charles W. "Nick" Nicholson will officiate. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity for terminally ill children, The Victory Junction Gang, 4500 Adams Way, Randleman, NC 27317.
