Reeves Farmer

Reeves Everette Farmer, age 70, of Crescent Loop, died Sunday, November 23, 2008 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, he was a son of the late David and Lovie Revis Farmer. He was preceded in death by two brothers, five sisters, and one son, David Farmer. Reeves retired in 1998 from little Champion with 40 years of service as a forklift operator. He is survived by his wife, of 48 years, Wanda Rogers Farmer; one daughter, Vickie Ensley and her husband, Tom, of Candler; one sister, Lois Poston of Decatur, AL; one brother, Raymond Farmer and his wife, Mary Ann, of Waynesville; two grandchildren, Jason Ensley and Annice Banks; and three great-grandchildren, Miceala and Landon Ensley, and Austin Banks. Private services will be held. Wells Funeral Home of Canton is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Haywood Animal Welfare Association, P.O.
